Chiropractic - Osteopathy - Acupuncture

An initial consultation consists of history taking and posture and alignment analysis.

Treatment involves remedial soft tissue massage to relax the muscle and ligaments. If necessary, specialised chiropractic adjustments and/or Osteopathic release techniques are also performed. Lesley is also a fully qualified Acupuncturist, among other things, this is an excellent tool for pain relief.

Other techniques such as spinal stretching, advise for posture and exercises are offered for a preventative approach to the problem.

Follow Ups - $70 - 30 minutes
